10 Tips for losing Your baby Weight Safely and Quickly No Diet No Gym

Emme was able to lose much of her pregnancy weight gain in the first month.  No Gym. No diet. Here are her tips:

  1. Drink a ton of water
  2. DIY Weight loss tonic (see video below!)
  3. Breastfeed (spoiler: this is her MAIN way of losing weight!)
  4. Singing & Dancing (engaged activity with baby or children)
  5. Climb the stairs
  6. Hold & rock the baby (standing up)
  7. Clean your house (put on some fun music and enjoy it!)
  8. Enlist good posture
  9. Tuck in your tummy (exercise that tummy with contraction)
  10. Think Positive
